Has anybody tried to contact Mini through their customer service email system?
I sent an email a week ago, and twice since then regarding some issues concerning my new MCS and have yet to receive a reply.
Has anybody here had any luck getting through to them or am I alone in thinking perhaps my email is ending up in the "deleted items" box.
