Hi All,

My 2007 Mini One R56 (45K Miles) started posting an ABS warning light along with a tyre pressure warning (Tyre pressure all ok).

My OBD2 reader produced the following fault codes:
  • 5E0D - Wheel speed sensor signal, misfiring (Front Right)
  • 5E11 - Wheel speed sensor signal, voltage range (Front Right)
  • 5E01 - Wheel speed sensor, short circuit (Front Right)
  • 6116 - Wheel speed front
  • 2FF6 - Vehicle speed, signal
From what I can gather, the above faults seem to indicate the sensor in the front right has had it. Before I order and fit a replacement, I just wanted to get your thoughts on if it is something else I have overlooked!

Much appreciated.

as its misfiring chances are its the sensor that said might also be the hub or wheel bearing or wiring or even the abs pump ecu, would check wheel bearing for free play should be none, also if very rusty around the hubs could be the reluctor ring on the hub rusty ,, ie pull drive shaft out of hub and look at inner edge of wheel bearing etc clean with soft wire brush
