Just wanted to pick someone's brains and ask if it were possible to remove the silver trim on the countryman door cards?

If the chrome trims aren't part of the door cards, I don't see why you can't.

You can just cover it with some vinyl of your own liking in color and texture.
Use a hair dryer while installing so you can mold it to the specific shape of the chrome element then use a trimming knife to finish the job.
