I recently replaced my dual odometer with a second hand dual odometer. After installing the newer one I have noticed that the left indicator led doesn’t work, instead the right indicator led flashes up instead?
In addition since the car is an auto, the newer odometer doesn’t show the ‘D’ or ‘R’ etc next to the millage.
Is this a fault or a programming issue? If it’s a programming issue how do I go about getting this sorted?
More info about the car:

Thanks in advance

So I think from more testing that a lot of the lights are incorrectly associated with the function. I assume that this replacement dual rev counter must have come from a Manual car.

I assume that this needs reprogramming.

Is it the BCU that needs tweaking? Or is there an easier way like connecting to a diagnostics etc?

Any help would be appreciated?
