Can you recommend a brand of valve stem seal? I have had BMWs where the ones that came stock in the car were useless and there were much better ones with an internal sleeve as well to stop oil pockets underneath the seal. Also does the JEGs valve spring compressor tool work, do you know? Here is a link - looks firly similar to the one you posted - JEGs Valve Spring Compressor Tool. Thanks for any info.
