I have a 2006 Mini Cooper s, when I crank the car there is a delay with headlights, wipers, electrical windows and ac/ heater fan starting up, power comes on to all at the same time.
Electrical problem

It takes about 90 seconds for power to start them.

I checked the battery and alternator, both were within spec, I timed the delay at 44 seconds, it is this at each start, if anyone can help me trouble shoot this I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.
