Driving home tonight I heard a ding sound. Looked at the run flat indicator and it wasnt lit then I noticed the rev counter was flashing Temp 3 deg. Is this outside temp/water temp or oil temp and whats it warning me about?

had my beep the other day, then driving back from london today, got the flashing temp, was totally unaware it told me to watch for ice, haha

yeah,i got sat nav and mine hasnt beeped, although i cant swear its been below 3 degrees yet

I drove home from watching football in Doncaster on Saturday and it was -1 on setting off. Definitely no ice warning, and nothing all last winter either.
