with 118k on it the mass air flow sensor will be dead for sure, the dpf filter if replaced as part of service at 75k ish it in realms of needing a forced regen, on the left hand side towards rear of engine there is a tiny filter on the end of a vac pipe that comes up from the turbo control vac valve these glog can effect how boost is given out, also worn out , fuel filter would be my first job and check air cleaner, ie if any noises from top of engine drivers side like a metallic rubbing then the camshaft link chain worn out, egr valve another area sticking or jammed up open slightly bleeding off boost, need a proper diagnostics on it read whats doing what get a clear picture, ie live data runs
