I bought a '22 JCW Clubman back in January and it came with summer tires. I swapped them out immediately at MAG Mini for A/S tires so they maybe have a hundred miles on them tops. Date codes are '21.

I'm listing them as local pick up only. Normally they're $1100 a set. Asking $800 or best offer.
