I’ve just done a 6speed getrag gearbox swap from a 5speed midland box...
as I’ve put the getrag box in do I use the same oil and amount as for the cooper s that the box came out of?
Or do I just refill with the oil that’s listed to use with my standard box in the R50?
I spoke to a place that does gearbox swaps and they said they use 75-90 semi synthetic... but I don’t know If that’s right?
hopefully someone can help shed some light on it for me?
