I just installed these xenon bulbs that I got for a total price of about $15. I was very skeptical at first, but then I thought if they are a rip off I'm only loosing $15. Well i can tell you they are very nice, they have just the right amount of blue for my taste. I bought a pair for my low beams and now I am buying a pair for my high beems. Just wanted to share with everyone. I don't really know how to post a link but here's the address:

Sorry to burst your bubble but these are just blue colored normal bulbs.
- the HID Xenons on the MINIs are not just bulbs they need special circuitry to create an arc and they don't use a filament in the bulb.
