You might want to specify what the tires are for.
Track, street, wet performance, dry performance, etc.
All of this makes a big difference.

Well the Kumho 712s are nice but they won't last very long, they're quite noisy at highway speeds and they're just decent in the wet.
They are what I run in auto-x.
Can't help with the rest as far as real world experiences.

Falken Ziex ZE-512 are the only all-season tires on your list ... the others are all summer tires, which are softer and therefore won't last as long.

it has got to be the kumho. great on price and crap for the first 50 miles and the brilliant especially if you get a 205/45 **" for your mini

i have read in one web that the falken are for summer too...
At 1010tires Falken Ziex ZE-512 tires carry the all-season symbol
meaning you can use them in the dry, wet and [to some extent] snow.

You'll find customer ratings on the Falken, Hankook and Kumho tires you listed at 1010tires ... check them out.

Since you want tires that "make a lot of miles", here's the wear ratings:
  • 420 for Falken Ziex ZE-512
  • 360 for Kumho ECSTA 712 Supra
  • 340 for Nankang NS-2
  • 280 for Hankook Ventus Sport K104
  • ??? for Avon ZZ3
As I said previously, the Falkens will most likely last the longest.

Consider the Toyo Proxe 4. They are quiet and provide decent grip. The wear rating is 300 on them. I just put a set on our Lexus today and it's lot quieter then those stock 235/45/17 bridgestone things.
