Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum but have been a MINI enthusiastic for almost 6 years when I bought my 2005 Cooper S, supercharged manual. Everything looks great except the Supercharger, so pretty bad. I hate to sell it for next to nothing but I have no idea how to ask a private party to purchase it for. I'm taking her in to one more mechanic shop to see if it's worth the money to fix to turn around and sell. I now have a 2017 Cooper so I'm ready to sell....just lost and a little heartbroken

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I don't have the tools or know-how to confidently fix on my own nor do I have a suitable place since I live in an apartment. I'm going to take it to an import mechanic. But, if it costs too much I'll sell as is. Any tips on how much to sell it for as is? $1k too little? All bells and whistles work fine except the Supercharger
