Help with brake warning light

View attachment 276718 Is this saying my brake pads need replacing? The fronts are basically new and the rears are pretty worn but not to the point where I’d say they need replacing. The lights came on today after a speed bump appeared out of no where and I slammed the brakes on and went over it. Nothing weird happened to the car though, I didn’t/don’t have any squeaking or anything. Could it just be one of the sensors has broken/disconnected? I’m getting a code reader from a mate tomorrow but just thought I’d see if anyone on here has any ideas. Thanks.
