High beam fault

Hi, I recently bought a '02 Mini Cooper & have a lighting fault. RH full beam will not illuminate yet bulb is fine? All other lights are working. The interior light stalk was misbehaving; every time I used the indicators both full beams would turn on , even when the light were turned off. To quench I had to turn the lights on & off. I replaced the stalk and all function correctly now except this RH full beam will not come on? I've checked bulb H7 & fuses. I've noticed a couple of other R50's driving around with the same light out, is there a known fault or more importantly a fix? Thanks in advance.
