How do I know if my 2006 R52 MC has a Gen 1 or Gen 2 CVT box ?
Hi - i am sure this is obvious, but do all First Gen Minis have Generation 1 CVT gearboxes or do some have the later Generation 2 CVT's ?
Mine is an April 2006 model, so is in the year when it changed to G2

Correction - convertible models:
R52 goes from 2005-2008, not 2007.
R57 from 2009-2015
F57 2015-present
R52 goes from 2005-2008, not 2007.
