Not questioning on how you run M2 but a lot of the forums that I frequent gives the offender 3 chances with various suspension (1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month ban) put in place before they're told never to return.

This is one of those absolutely "not open for debate" decisions, there aren't many of those made here either!

I think I'll close this thread, but leave it our here in case anyone else is wondering.
