Hey all, first time poster here, so please excuse me if I've posted this in the wrong section. :)

I was doing the routine checks on my 2006 Mini Cooper I have recently purchased and found that the power steering fluid was low.

Is this oil acceptable to use in order to top it up?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for looking, it's very appreciated.

On the cap for the power steering fluid resevoir, it has a green band and says "CHF 11S ONLY". Upon research, it seems that putting ATF in can damage the seals and cause the power steering pumps to fail. Everyone seems to recommend only using Pentosin CHF 11S instead of other brands, however it's 3x the price of the Comma that I linked in the OP, so I was asking to see if anyone could confirm if it is ok to use.

Cheers. :)

Should be ok to use as description states
"The fluid can be used where CHF 11S is recommended by the vehicle manufacturer.".
But never used it myself.
Had the same problem with my Mercedes, engine oil is mega expensive.
Have used a same spec oil for the last 60,000 miles with no problems.
