Ive just installed a dension ice link 1.1 into a wave cassette HU.

one question, when i have the CD bootchanger attached i can only play the iPOD when i have the CD cassette in the changer with CD's in it. my concern is that if i remove the CD bootchanger the iPOD will not play. It currently says "no cassette" in place and switches to radio. do i unplug the CD changer cabling on the unit end in the boot, its currently not attached to the headunit?

Hi

I had the same problem on my BMW X3 and my mini, the answer is yes you need to unplug all the cables from the changer and it will work fine

Does the dension ice link only work with the IPOD? I've got a Rio Carbon and was wondering if there was anyway I could control it using my MFSW.
