I can't connect my phone to the car!

As i mentioned, I assume I have the phone connectivity, as I have all the buttons, on the steering wheel and there is a phone button on the radio facia, but I cannot work out how to connect the phone to the car!

Can anyone help? My car is a 2010 Countryman ALL4 Cooper S.....

FYI, I checked a Youtube video and it showed the telephone setting on the menu button (on the radio facia) - when I checked mine, only the other 3 options showed (Computer, Config and MINI) - Not Telephone.

Is there any way to get this added?

We had a old 2011 countryman and I think you need to connect it with a lead that bmw sell.
