I built a MCS on the mini site and was just wondering if it's possible to purchase one exactly how i built it on the site, and if so how does it work? Do you just go to a dealer and give him a paper with everything you want and they build it for you, or what? I'm only 16 so I won't get one for a long time I was just curious.

-thanks

Yep. You can actually email your Mini you built on the site to your local dealer and have them spec. it that way. Then you have to wait anywhere from 2-8 months to get it.

Welcome to MINI2.

Something like 90% of MINIs are built to spec, and most dealers have no inventory of pre-built cars like a normal car dealer would, instead only recieving cars that are ordered by customers.

Start saving up now and you could have one in a few years :)
