Leaking fuel rear righthand side

I will get this mini in great condition again. Today's adventure was a massive petrol puddle under the rear right-hand side of the car. Leaking really badly. Just from filling up. Had to push it to safety and have the car recovered. Petrol all over the recover truck when it came off as well.
Have taken the plastic off to see where it is leaking, could be from around the fuel filter. Only smells outside the car and looks to be coming from on top of the tank.

The engine was off when it leaked, it was just following filling it up.

Was not just dripping but pouring out

Certainly sounds like your low pressure pump/fuel filter.

You can take your rear seat out, and there is a round access panel on the passenger side you can remove to get to the top of it. It's got a seal on it, so makes some sense you don't smell it inside.

I had a spare filter rubber for the right hand side. I have replaced this and washed it down of the leaked duel it was coming from somewhere near there, but it was not dripping or seeping out it was pouring out at the petrol station.
The petrol was pooling as shown in red, so replaced the seal. But not sure if it was overflowing where the question mark is.
New pump going in as well when it arrives.

Well replaced the seal, tightened it up, drove 200m and fuel still pooling really bad and dripping under the car. Pooling in the same spot.
What mobile apps can do this and is it available on the clubman How To Test the DMTL Pump on MINI Cooper R56 Models
The problem solved, was rubish rubbers. Reseated the seal yet again and did not tighten it up too much. Filled the tank to the max and took it for a run, no leaks. Phew. Whife has cancelled the life insurance now
Have replaced the fuel pump as well, got two spare rubbers with that, but sealed first time.

Cheers for the info. Mine shows evidence that it has leaked in the past but I've never smelled or seen a puddle. I think I'll replace that filter and ring.
