bad earth or live lead from battery, then after that will need to chack the charging rate with multimeter, needs to stay above 14.0volts 14.7v is perfect also might need to drive car with lights on to get the load on the circuit if the voltages jump around then chances are its a alternator problem,, when engine running look down on the belt if it seems to jump start and go as such then its a bad free wheel pulley problem, can buy them on ebay for £30Hi All,
I have a 2001 Mini Cooper 1.6i and I’ve been noticing that when I’m driving at night the lights(normal beam and high beam) dim? Haven’t noticed wether dash lights do it at the same time or not but can anyone shed some light! Excuse the pun? any feed back would be appreciated.
