I've just bought a 2008 mini clubman cooper D
as soon as I put the key fob in the holder the doors lock, if I use the switch on the centre consul to unlock the car its just locks again straight away.
when I remove the key fob it unlocks the car again.
I've been into the on board computer menu and turned off auto locking but its still the same.
so you have a passenger you have to wait for the passenger to get in the car before putting the fob in the holder or you cant unlock the door to let them in.
