If it's a slow puncture could you pump it up and drive to dealer, when my locking wheel nut key was lost my local dealership were helpful but it was a genuine mini wheel nut.

My Dad is in intensive care in hospital and we have no idea where he keeps the wheel nut, and typically we now have a flat! Does anyone recognise this pattern? The tyre is totally flat so I can’t drive to a mini dealer.
