I have just purchased a 2003 Mini S, it was shipped from G.B. and I don't know all the specs or selected options for the car, but I have the vin #. What can I do?

Call MiniUSA and ask to speak to an actual person. If you have the VIN number, they can tell you exactly what options are on the car. Go to MiniUSA.com and find out how to call them, and while you are there, register in the Owners Lounge.
