After being a long time lurker i’ve Finally got my hands on my very own MINI ONE named MAC after what can only be considered a fail of epic proportions with a Cooper. Had the car about 2 weeks now and have already managed to do close to 2000 miles :) and have enjoyed every single one. Especially the country roads around the bedfordshire region.

Spec: 2004 MINI ONE (reg july 2008)

BRG
Pepper Pack
S steering wheel
5 Star rocket alloys
Chrome line exterior
Also managed to put my Alpine IDA X001 in thanks to advice from Mikey.:D
And some other stuff...

I’ve decided that I’m not going to do too much modification wise, really only want to change the side repeaters, change the pollen filter, get an S spoiler and most importantly looking forward to getting S Spoke alloys as soon as possible :)

Pic’s are to follow...

I remember when i first got my MINI ONE, i said "I dont really want to do much modification wise." And now i'm downloading instructions to fit an aero kit!

Good choice on S spokes, thats what i bought and love them, totally change the car, some people will say they're too heavy for the MINI one, but i didnt find a difference, only the ride bein slightly harder but i'm on runflats!

Have Fun!!

Ha spending all my money on modification is what im worried about, will be starting University this year so wont have too the inclination to get any big mods done, however come next summer i might well be looking for something special.

Just out of interest do the s spokes have to be fitted on runflats? or can they be fitted to normal tires?

Supa i think i saw you out and about, wasnt too sure and was craning my neck to see your puzzle decor on the roof but couldnt be sure, was on the M1 today bout junction 8 or 9 bout 3.30ish.

No, you can put non runflats on them.
currently im trying to wear all my tyres equally, so then i'll change all four for non runflats in one go!

Ah university never good for money, i'm an apprentice electrician, so scraping by, but been saving for an aero kit for a while, and i'm about there, hopefully by september ill have it on!

Well I was on the M1 around that time so could well have been me :D

I had Paul infront of me in his red/white S + Union Jack and we both had yellow ducks on our aerials :p

I think every MINI owner says' im not going to do to much' but once you get started its hard to stop!! There's just so many different things you can do to them to make them more individual.

Im sure once the planned mods are in place u will think of something else to do!!

Good luck with the modding, keep us updated!
