I’ve updated both my iPad Pro and my iPhone 8 Plus to the latest version 12.2 ........
I used to be able to access the app on both devices but since the update the phone app works as usual but the app on the iPad Pro starts to open then crashes. Any ideas why the same software version on both devices won’t open the app on the iPad?
Also I still cannot access the charging functions from the car’s dash screen only from the app, the car goes into the dealers next week to see if the December software will fix the problem with the in car control
