Mini Cooper Automatic Temperature Control OEM

Can a standard 2012 Mini Cooper with manual temperature controls be easily upgraded by replacing the just the control module?

Are there other parts involved?

Massive job and not worth the bother. You require loads of parts, dampers, stats, etc.
