Mini Cooper s 18 year old insurance?

My son has a 2010 Cooper S in a low risk area. He's 19 and he pays 950 a year full comp but With a hefty X's. And no black box. He has 2 years NCD.

I am paying around 1.5k, you have to search different insurance company and see who fit on your budget, there are many company who have good reviews and provide customer best service after insuring
