Morning , my wife bush bought a Mini Cooper one 13 plate. And when she got it home I notice the radio won’t turn on . There seems to be power to the cd drive but the heat unit section won’t respond . I can access the mini systems menu but nothing radio or cd related .

many ideas ?

Morning , it’s a dab radio.

normally I would assume you press the power button to turn on the radio . But it’s completely unresponsive. As are any of the buttons linked to audio.
The cd drive however does allow disk ejection .
