There’s a resitor in there somewhere to vary the voltage and therefore blower speed, it needs to be replaced.
Mini R50 2005 Heater control only not working.
This is the basic none AC mini one and the heater control only works on setting 4. 12&3 do nothing. I thought it might just be the switch so replaced the dash control.
Still got the same issue. Any one got any ideas?

Is that in the centre console or the heater control box?
