I have more concerns with the fact that I have paid for an MTH tune but have had no response or replies from the company despite emailing and there is no phone number to call! A simple " we have received your programme and will respond within X days" would give me great comfort...

I agree! I've paid too and send the ecu mail 10 days ago and still nothing...
A simple confirmation mail is necessery.

Ok we agree and said that a lot of times before that this is the cheapest option.
But its not bad at all, to know the results of it.
For some people its important to know the result and if its worthing the risk.

@Boddington: Yes, MCS with a flatpanel and asked for a 98 oct. program without increasing the rev limit.
