Hi, l have recently purchased a mini cooper 1.6 diesel registered October 2013.
The car drives great but has done 85k otherwise in excellent condition. As a past bmw owner who has had a cambelt failure l am a it worried about problems in the future, some on google are saying the car has a peugot engine with a belt and others are saying its a bmw engine with a chain.
Whichever l have does it need changing in the near future ?
