My countryman s all4 all door can't open once locked

The remote key and lock/unlock button can only lock the car. it can't unlock the car. When I push the unlock button The computer Sense it.But it just won't unlock. Anyone have any idea why this happen and how to fix it. Please !

You should take it to a local Mini Cooper dealership.
