I've had my 2004 MINI Cooper for 15 years, and it has 106k miles on it. I took it into the BMW dealer because it started leaking transmission fluid.
They told me I need a new transmission. So I'm wondering, can I put a manual transmission on a previous CVT?
They estimate the cost to be 10k, but they say they can't get an OEM part? I'm confused.
Anyone else know if I can repair my car?
