I picked up my new MINI JCW LCI last Friday (just before the snow!)..

I'm about to order one myself, so I hope you don't mind if I ask you two questions:

1. What kind of seats came with it standard? I'm being told that the Carbon Black Leatherette is standard, but I saw on the Option Catalogue that it ought to be the cloth with white stripe with JCW badge.
2. Does your car have the MINI logo projected onto the ground when you open and close the door?

Cannot help you with the seats but if it is any use the Countryman S E All4 PHEV I had on loan in November 2017 (and was not the latest 2018 spec) had the puddle lights that project the Mini logo down and they were standard fit in 2017. Compared to the puddle lights on all my Range Rovers since 2010 though they are small and quite weak lamps and really don’t do the job that they are meant to so you might find them a bit disappointing - possibly more powerful LED’s in the lamp holders and a bigger footprint for the lights would fix that.
