Yep. It's possible your oil pump has failed. Mine failed at 125 K miles. $360.00 for a new pump.
This is what I found inside the pump.
In my case, the gear tooth broke off and locked up the pump just long enough for the bolt holding the sprocket to the input shaft to shear. Initially, I put the sprocket back on with a new bolt thinking it was only a bolt failure; the pump rotated very easily because I was only spinning the input shaft; with the secondary gear broken, the input shaft was not driving the secondary gear. Then I decided to pull the pump and and disassemble it. I've seen other posts of this type, mostly on engines with over 90K miles on them.
