Painting Interior Parts
Hi,
I was recently looking at all the carbon fibre inserts that Mike offers on NewMiniStuff.com.
Although i would love to buy all carbon fibre replacements they are quite expensive and thus would probably run into a £500+ bill.
Has anyone painted the various inserts in black, such as the rev counter, speedometer, air vent rings, MFSW inserts? I know you can buy chrome replacements but I never see a simple black plastic style.
I think someone on here did paint their MFSW inserts in black but unsure what they used.
I have heard people talk about Plasti Dip but unsure if it would be suitable for interior parts.
Plasti Dip - Flexible air dried coating, Brush Dip and Spray from £5
Can you spray this on the speaker inserts??
uzzled: Would probably cover the fine holes and let less sound through. Doh!

That's it! I think i will be buying some Platidip and giving it a try for myself.
