I am so frustrated because I purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper and some idiot straight wired the wires to the radiator fan. The wire going to the radiator fan doesn’t cut on or off. Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this problem? Thank you so much

How familiar are you with the electrical system of cars? Do you have a multimeter?

Somewhere in the back of my mind there is a vague memory of a fan resistor mounted to the radiator support that is known to go bad.

Maybe someone else will chime in with what I’m forgetting.
