Hi mate,
2011 means it could be a N18 (far less problems than the N14 of the earlier R56's) i believe thee can still be HPFP issues but i'm not sure.
I get an average of 32mpg with a combination of town/motorway driving and i don't exactly drive like miss Daisy.
I change oil and filter about every 6k miles and touch wood have had minimal issues in the last 3 years, had the clutch done and tried multiple different spark plugs due to them being blown out after about 6 months but it is mapped.
Keep on top of oil level and you should be fine.

Kind regards
Tbear

I have an N14 cooper s (2008) i just keep on top of oil and service regularly, done trackdays and all sorts, and so far its been fine i am only at 58,000 miles mind you but i would say a well looked after N14 isnt the end of the world
