Hi. Just got r53 cooper s convertible and love. Told Best way to tune is to play pulleys. Presuming meaning crank and supercharger.

Anyone played about with either or both and worked out best combinations?

Gueaaing injectors, exhaust, inlet etc etc and a healthy map needed too.

What gains for all this hedonism and what's the peak useable bhp you guys have noticed.

Cheers

personally I'd fit a performance camshaft before a pulley, or do both, even if you do use a pulley I'd be inclined to leave the crank damper it's original size I think, and yes if changing pulleys get it remapped, not just a crap generic file loaded on as most are but a proper custom tune done on a live dyno tailoring it to your actual car

gains depend on the overall list of changes and the map but these can put out over 280hp on the factory charger if you do enough to them
