Question about tubing...

Sorry for the shitty photo, I recently took off my intake manifold on my 09 Mini Cooper S and I noticed that whatever this connects to was causing a bad idle with my car. I can’t tell if it’s a vacuum line or a liquid line but it’s in between my air filter and my intake manifold. Thank you.

vac pipes for brake booster and the fuel tank vent to inlet.. common for the electro valve under the inlet manifold to fail and stay open this feeds the inlet manifold with fuel vapours if faulty causes lean fault codes on 02 sensors, another common issue is pcv pipe work to inlet manifold from rocker cover they split or its a new rocker cover for the pcv valve
