I might be wrong, but the R53 GP 1 was a limited run and the JCW kit could be just added to a Cooper S.

But on a serious note...…. the price difference between an S and a JCW...…. in real world terms what are you gaining by paying the extra for what is basically a limited edition? Cheers. Andy.
