R56 JCW Sunroof Maintenance.

Hi Guy's,
I've read some article about people having issues with their sunroofs due to a lack of maintenance.
Now, mine is working fine and I'd like to keep it that way!
So, my question is, where about am I supposed to apply the grease?
I've purchased some 'proper sunroof grease' that is supposed to be safe on the plastic parts too. Just don't know where to apply this grease?
Anyone got a picture and/or diagram they can share?
Cheers fellas.

would open sunroof and look in from outside as such should see cables and runners just spray the grease on these anything that moves and work roof in and out once a month a good thing, its lack of use that breaks them

Thanks, Mike. I'll give that a go.

below link is fairly handy spray grease its mainly for bike chains so its sticks and suits being outside a lot etc plus got a straw so can get it into places easy i use it on locks and window mechs works really well as wont just run off as such once coated, also if want it thicker spray 3-4 coats 20 minis apart
