The reason I looked at them is cause Mini said anything to do with my wheel wouldn't be covered under warrenty if I didn't have a Mini wheel on it.

I'm ready to customize my MC40 and the first thing I'm going to swap out is the wheels (the Anthracite R90s).

They are only 2800 miles young. What's a fair asking price (with and without tires - 205/45/17 Goodyear RS-A's)?

I don't what a fair price would be, but phone up your local dealer, get a price for a new set and work from there.
