Rear washer hose location

Hi all,

been trying to diagnose why my rear window isn't receiving any fluid. The pump is whirring and working fine, so i thought it was a clogged jet at first. Removed the trunk panel and detached the supply hose to see if it was just a clog, but it isn't relieving any fluid at all. Did some further investigation and found that the hose is disconnected from the reservoir. Does anyone know where it fits back to it ?
