Just spoke to DVLA, after selecting the correct options
It can take up to 4 weeks apparently.
She checked my registration, it's on the list and should be done within the next 14 days.

its worth checking though - my wife bought a pre-registered fiat a couple of years ago & the first time she realised she didnt have the V5 was when she came to tax it 12 months later - the garage had never forwarded it to the DVLA & still had it
