Replacing Deployed Airbags

Can someone please helppppp

I have bought new airbags for my 2011 Mini Cooper convertible

Fitting the steering wheel airbag is a whole other level - any help will be much appreciated!!

The steering wheel is the 3 spoke steering wheel with the volume buttons/phone buttons (if this makes any difference) Seems to be stuck on!
