From testdrives and looking at various coopers, I do not recall seeing some orange lights before the red lights so can't say if it does a similar 'countdown' as in the M3 and M5. Nonetheless, it's great they have those lights in the rev meter since it's unique (as far as I know) to M3, M5, and MINI!

Those unlit sections, and lit lines are exactly the same as mine......I am certain, that they dont change......honestly !!
